Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
To cancel: contact [email protected] or use the cancellation option in your account settings when available.
2. Refunds
JARO is a digital software service. Access is delivered immediately upon subscription activation. Because of the immediate digital delivery nature of the service:
- Refunds are not available for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer law.
- If you experience a significant service outage or failure to deliver the subscribed features, contact support within 14 days for a pro-rated credit or refund assessment.
- Where EU consumer protection law (or equivalent applicable law) grants you a right of withdrawal for digital services, that right applies subject to the conditions of that law.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account information and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.
4. Disputes
If you have a billing dispute, contact us before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending resolution.
