1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of JARO and its services. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
2. Permitted use
You may use JARO for:
- Personal planning, task management, and scheduling
- Professional productivity assistance
- Educational and research purposes consistent with these terms
3. Prohibited use
You may not use JARO to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content
- Attempt to deceive, impersonate, or defraud other users or third parties
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with JARO's security controls
- Conduct automated or bulk interactions beyond the allowed session limits without prior written permission
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce JARO's underlying models, system prompts, or proprietary logic
- Use JARO's outputs as authoritative professional advice (medical, legal, financial) without appropriate independent verification
- Engage in any activity that could damage, overload, or impair the service
4. Abuse limits
Early Access usage is subject to rate limits and anti-abuse controls while the product is in waitlist and controlled rollout mode. JARO reserves the right to suspend access for users who consistently exceed limits or exhibit abusive patterns.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or termination without notice. JARO will cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.
